• Receive the numerous and growing number of Free-To-Air (unencrypted) channels currently being broadcast over Africa exclusively in MPEG-4
• Enjoy the resulting Enhanced Audio and Video quality of My TV broadcasts, as well as added broadcast services
• Get access to exciting new premium content (attracting a subscription fee supplement) soon to be added to My TV
• Not miss out on My TV programs as the channels are gradually switched over to MPEG-4, thus becoming inaccessible to current My TV Receivers

WHO QUALIFIES?
Subscribers having qualified for Swap/Upgrade under earlier rules, whether completed or still pending
And any My TV Subscriber having:
• an ACTIVE Subscription at the date of successful Upgrade Registration
• registered for Upgrade while My TV’s Subsidized Receiver Upgrade is still ongoing
• had the same Smart Card ACTIVE for 3 out of 6 consecutive months and not previously paired to an Upgrade Receiver
• registered for Upgrade within that 6-month period
• a My TV receiving system (dish+LNB+cable) confirmed to be in working condition

HOW TO GO ABOUT IT
• Fill your Upgrade Registration Form online @ www.mytvportal.net/upgraderegister.aspx
• Or fill the attached Upgrade Registration Form and hand it over to your nearest Authorized
My TV Dealer or fax it to 0805 800-3136 or scan and e-mail it to upgrade@mytvafrica.tv
• Upgrade Registration Forms may be obtained from your nearest Authorized My TV Dealer or completed online @ www.mytvportal.net/upgraderegister.aspx
• As and when the conditions are met, My TV will notify you accordingly, sending you by SMS the Assignment Number that is required for Upgrade Form completion
• My TV will have your nominated preferred Dealer or nearest My TV Dealer contact you to organize the Upgrade. You need to submit your My TV Smart Card for verification, inspection and eventual replacement, as a necessary condition for Upgrade completion and will be asked to pay N 8,900 or N 6,700 as your contribution towards the costs of the Upgrade you have benefited from
• You may install and set up the Upgrade Receiver by yourself, if you feel confident enough, or get your Authorized My TV Dealer to do that for you for a fee not to exceed N1,500
