Just want to say a very big THANK YOU to My Tv Africa for the one free viewing month and an additional six months of free viewing, the experience is awesome and we have not seen anything like it before so we say more grease to your elbow. Also, one amazing thing about My Tv Africa is that it picks immediately it's switched on there by one does not miss out on any program, also the soap operas on My Tv Africa channel are superb, right now that's what we are watching and as a matter of fact, we hardly sleep out of our house except it's very necessary and all thanks to My Tv Africa for these. Pls, may i ask what's happening to etv, we've really missed out on those sweet programs like rhythm city, scandal, steve wilkos show, judge judy etc. and so u know we have talked to so many people into using the My Tv,even our parents love it because of the free religious stations. Pls don't change your subscription fee and put more channels..I LOVE My Tv Africa...

May I thank you for the much you have done in trying to find fulfilling viewing moments for your esteemed customers. However, so much needs to be done.If I may ask. What have you put in place to ensure that we watch all the world cup matches that will be played in South Africa? Please you have to ensure that you have a dedicated station for the world cup, not just relying on the few matches that such stations as AIT will show. You know that AIT has limited time to air such matches. Also think of good documentary channel. Thanks

I am so pleased with your customer service respond speed. I had my complaints about the one free month promo and was not really expecting any serious actions from you guys. but alas! i was surprised to hear someone call from your offfice and had the problem rectified in less than 20min. I am really proud of you guys. my only request is that mytv should please add an animal documentary channel like NatGeo Wild or Animal planet. If any of this channels are added, a lot of people will migrate from other existing platforms to MyTV. once again, Thank you
