I have mistakenly over-scratched
my voucher. How can My TV help?
If you are able to identify at least 5 digits out of 15 along with
their correct position, you will be able to retrieve your PIN number
HERE.
Make sure to only indicate digits of which you are certain of both
the value and position.
If you specify only 1 digit with a wrong value for the position
where you specified it, then your request will be rejected, even if
all the other ones are correct.
